      Pros

      Though it’s an enormous conglomerate of many small to medium companies, you never feel like a number. Opportunities to learn and grow are infinite and they truly value their employees.

      Cons

      For some, navigating a large, complex organization can be difficult. It’s also challenging to recognize opportunities to streamline efforts between brands and divisions, but ultimately you can only influence the powers that be.

      Nice place, nice people. Fairly organized overall. Previously offered lots of overtime hours. Supervisors are easy to talk to and supportive.

      Cons

      Not competitive in wages until recently. There are a few real pervs in the place. Hard day standing for the entire shirt.
