      Pros

      Great place to learn about corporate culture. Pay is great, depending on your role. Opportunities for growth. Flexibility. Learning environment. Still behind with some manual processes, but the products created by LNA are pretty nice

      Cons

      As great as some get paid, others are underpaid. Hard to move the budget to help some HR needs
