Pros

Legrand are a great company if you want a decent bit of security. Keep your head down and you won't get fired at. They outwardly tick all the boxes for a solid UK/Global company. Good opportunity to travel because they cover all regions.

Cons

If you don't come from the core company, then you ain't going anywhere. Unless you want to lie prostrate before the directors and start every sentence with 'yes'. Legrand are a clumsy, arrogant company who have zero respect for the companies and people they acquire and don't seem to learn from their mistakes. Any perks or even basic requirements such as travel expenses are a major let down.
