Growth are very slow , some times office politics and boss are not favor for you , job security depends your performance .

The 401k match is decent and if your there long enough paid time off is acceptable

Cons

It seems upper management is comfortable with letting the production floor run however it wants because there is no direction whatsoever. The production manager is non existent and the turnover is absolutely insane.
