Thank you for your service to Legrand. We're glad you enjoyed the 401K matching program and the work life balance. Please note that due to IRS regulations the bonus can not be considered part of an employee’s compensation as is not tied to performance and therefore not eligible for 401k deferrals. In terms of annual increases, over 75% of our population received a merit increase last year. We are sorry that you did not enjoy this benefit, it is linked to performance. Best of luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

Innovative company that invest in new products every year. Great products with good design functions. A large number of products at your disposal.

Cons

Large number of products to remember. Doesn't provide the best training in understanding selling the products. Will usually train on features and benefits, but doesn't emphasize importance of products to the customer. Also, they don't discuss thoroughly the difference of products compared to competitors. No mentor program, and poor on board training. Poor communication from leadership and team members. Partial information are mostly given. Company had purchase a lot of different companies, and will continue to add more. All brands work individually, and no real accountability and unification between each brands. May look like one large company, but more like 6+ companies with no unified message or culture.

Pros

Benefits, some co-workers, free soda day, weekly pay, provided box cutter.

Cons

Excessive overtime. Overflowing with management but not enough floor staff to meet invoicing levels in receiving and shipping. Mismanagement led to plant closure.
