Pros

Good coworkers Pays the bills Remote work

Cons

The company focus is cost reduction. They try to get as much out of you as they can, while doing as little for their employees as they can. Little appreciation is ever shown. They try to push you to take on so much that if you aren’t careful you will have no outside life. The benefits are lacking. 401k is comparable to other companies. Health insurance is ok but the cost for it is high. Only 16 PTO days and there is no separate sick time. Pay is way below average. Raises are 0 or minimal. Many of the employees are interns which results in a lot of turn over.

Pros

- Easy-going management. - Helpful in training goes into great detail to explain to new workers about the products we are selling. - Taking more responsibility progressively is encouraged.

Cons

- This issue is not specific to the company itself, this is common in most work places, you can expect long work hours Monday through Saturday.
