horrible place to work as a WOC. the people are ignorant and dismissive of you, especially as a woman. racist, misogynistic environment, constantly having your expertise belittled just because you’re a woman. even tried speaking to senior management due to the discrimination and they were defensive and dismissive. avoid working here at all costs if you are a person of colour and/or a woman!
