Pros

Employees can enjoy a range of benefits: Travel expenses paid, mobility provided for work far from home. Health insurance etc. Great people to work with and generally a nice environment to be in. Great place to start a career. Laing O' Rourke champion health and safety.

Cons

Pay is very stagnant at the company and there is little to no communication on how pay rises are awarded. The workload given often does not feel as though it matches the pay received, with the amount exceeding expectations for a single person. Overall communication is not always consistent. Recent decision making such as a full time return to the office makes it feel as though employees are not listened to.
