a truly awful place to work - they work in ancient, probably 40s way, are extremely rigid, one-size-fits all openly misogynistic and demeaning to women (with them present in the room), actively exclude and make inappropriate jokes about women on daily basis, treat women as the 'help' despite them having far more experience actively push against any efforts to improve things toxic people are celebrated and promoted management has zero management skills or capacity/interest to gain them
