A very purpose-driven business, working hard to change how it goes to work every day. Lots of smart, dedicated people wanting to improve the industry. Amazing projects. A place for ideas and driven people to succeed.

Cons

With such a large organisation in a very traditional industry, we don't always take the fastest route to achieving our change goals and you'll run into a bad egg once in a while.
