      - Progression pretty quick (relative to rest of industry) - Some iconic projects, pretty good reputation overall as company - No shortage of works, large future order-book - People (for most part) are friendly, helpful and challenge you.

      Cons

      - Work-life balance not as promised - Smaller projects can be under-resourced - Some support functions do nothing but breathe hot air & helicopter manage
