Good culture, reasonable pay, nice enough people

Cons

Operates within an inconvenient alliance model in which employees are required to relocate and secure a suitable position for themselves when the project concludes and the alliance dissolves. It´s akin to having to seek a new job every two ears or so. Not knoing where you are going to be working in two years, negatively impacts work-life balance
