Lovely people,….mostly. A great sense of pride when you see what has been built around the country. Good fun. Good benefits package.

Cons

Traffic! Not so sure on transparency-communication is pretty poor. Expensive restaurant. Offices need a major refurb and office furniture needs replacing.
