      Pros

      Roles are challenging. Since the scope of making mistakes is high, there is a huge learning potential.

      Cons

      No proper directions from the Management. Highly political place. Difficult to get promotions and move up the career ladder. Frustating due to lack of support.

      Pros

      Good company but let down by some team members who were more focused on their own agenda and standing. Middle management are well versed in requirements but appear to come up against too many roadblocks.

      Cons

      Top management are not familiar with the Australian market as they have been "moved(?)" from company's Middle East operations. Many decisions are made on the run or retrospectively.
