being part of the drive for embracing technology and innovation. Wonderful management team. Companies financial "health" and future. Positive work culture and co-workers

My view of the company and the experience here is largely positive with very few negative things to pick. The work/life balance is not great. The maximum holidays one can take at a stretch is 2 weeks. Totally understand the reason behind it. But for someone like he who travel more than 5000 miles to go home once in a while its not the best situation

project exposure, high value or complex projects a main stay puts health and safety first above all other areas including commercials

Cons

heavy management, unfriendly working environment in some offices. promotion through who you know not what you know. lack of normal projects and no building projects says they pay inline with market, though normally lower, this leads to a high turnover off staff 33%!!
