Pros

Having worked with LOR since graduating, I was very happy with my time there. Some great engineer, managers and projects with some very challenging demands. It gives an opportunity to take on a lot of work and learn how to build complicated projects most other construction companies would shy away from

Cons

The hours are long (even for construction) and there is very much a 'who you know' culture to get on to the best projects and be promoted in reasonable time periods

Cons

Very stressful environment, especially in the early years of your career, always depending on the management of course. I disliked the fact that there was no relation between employees.
