Pros

LOR is a company that cares about development. There are a range of different opportunities available including sponsorship for further learning, support for chartership, as well as company-led training programmes. The environment on site is good and the team work well together towards the common goal. The benefits are excellent.

Cons

It can be difficult to get salary increases unless you're quite pushy. The majority of people who work here are middle class white men, so if you fit outside of that it can be difficult to relate to colleagues or to be heard. Work/ life balance is poor but this is an industry-wide problem.
