Pour management as part of a joint venture. The levels of bullying between companies where excessive and unacceptable so junior engineers took the worse part. No fare annual reviews, no pay raises or promotions sometimes based on feedback from a person not part of your company which wanted to keep their status on the join venture and stopping you to promote. An absolute lack of management from the seniors allocated to the project, lack of involvement to check those situations and not taking seriously complains about bullying.
