      - Biggest projects in UK - Competitive salary - Great benefits - Clear progression route - Internal support and technical expertise - International work and opportunities - Repaid money taken during covid (25% reduction during covid and all repaid)

      Cons

      - Even though companies part of LOR, specialist arms (Expanded, Crownhouse) still treated like subcontractors - Construction industry has a huge attitude problem (not my problem, it's yours - someone else will fix it etc etc)
