Overall a company to work for. Excellent benefits. Complex business model, but great opportunities for learning and advancement/growth.

Cons

Work/life balance is a challenge. Everything is a priority and level of performance expectations are at times unreasonable by Sr. Leadership. Compensation at times not competitive to market causing great talent to leave the organization.
