-Good brand name to support your CV -Good to use different recourses to compensate overtime; try to retain or keep people to stay in good mouth

Cons

-Emphasis work life balance but never exist -Unexpected outdated POS and audit system -Too decentralised makes service centre too pressure to cater different needs from brands, resources waste in result

Schedule is terrible no one will adjust for you if you not favorite . New management don’t know what the luxury is , they come in after working a few years at contemporary stores, rude ,no class . Goals crazy “Absolutely not possible “ to do. Micromanagement .
