Huge career possibilities. Good mood, excellent benefits. You can learn a lot of best practices from them, at least in HR. Your management is committed to make you learn something.

Cons

Sometimes, we could have laughed a bit more... Low salary for apprentices (just the minimum) which is low compared to other industries (such as banking for example).
