The fashion group does not have any structure internally as far as processes and procedures. I think that the group is also left behind by the Paris HQ. HQ does not recongize or see that there are internal problems. The communication is non-existant. Management needs more structure.
They also need to invest in better technologies for employees to facilitate their work load, invest in tools like software.
There isn't a work life balance for 90% of the employees.
There aren't any employee recognition.
There isn't any guidance for a new employee. No proper training.
Some expectations can be unrealistic .
