Leading position in display technology in alliance with other sister companies within the LG group, such as LG Display and LG Chemical. Will maintain its firm position with its cutting edge OLED display, as LG is the only company on earth that can mass produce OLED panel in big sizes by at least 2 years ahead of others.

Cons

If you are not used to Korean communication or Korean people, there will be lots of things that would not make sense to you. Top-down communication, long office hours, spending a lot of time in producing formality reports could drive you nuts.

Great and fun enviroment. Most of the employees are young and easy going. Also, office location is fantastic.

Cons

Salary is not so attractive compared to required skills. Upper management are more worried about themselves than the team.
