will contitnue to produce good-enough home appliances.

Cons

no sign of innovation in products, work process and HR mgmt. even when in serious depression and crisis, no significant layoff of Koreans only. Everything is decided in Seoul. Serious discrimination btwn local hires and expats.

It is good to work at Labs under CTO devision. It is some what flexible to change projects. Mostly lab are located in Seoul metropolitan city.

Cons

Salary including bonus is some what lower than similar positions you may find in other companies like Samsung, Hyundai. If a research is matured to be a business you shall move to business unit operating mas production.
