      Challenging goals, fast paced environment, quick response to drive issues related to quality, product development, cost take-out, supply chain.

      Cons

      Work and life balance. Corporate culture makes impossible to finish activities from 8 to 6... Need to work overtime to prepare daily reports and meetings, specially managers.
