      Strong corporate culture, regular meetings with top management. Decent pay.

      Cons

      Unfair overtime pay in 3 hour tiers. I had an injury outside work, couldn't work properly, management has pulled me back to work in 4 days. Had to limp around the office and treat my injury in a toilet.
