Pros

- Thomas Yoon back when he was CEO - tough but fair - People hired locally are great

Cons

Where to start... - New CEO and CFO are extremely unexperienced. Have no idea how they got the job. They don't know how to manage people let alone manage a business. Not inspiring. Public speaking is not a forte. Looks like they were just plopped in from Korea with no minimum level of skill needed to be demonstrated to actually get the role. - Culture of fear and lies. A business that doesn't do things honestly and encourages its employees to operate dishonestly. - Don't understand marketing, so don't invest in marketing. - Not method to promotions - Cheap company. Not willing to pay to keep talent.

Pros

If in the right team - great company to drive ideas and try new channels and innovative projects

Cons

Overall experience varies a lot depending on the department; at times too conservative Senior Leadership Team relying too much on expertise in US and Korean markets
