Although when I joined I found it tough but in a short duration I learned so may concepts that it changed my perspective of looking at things. The company spends too much on employee training and welfare specially for shop floor employees

Cons

The bonus or variable component is split across 4 quarters but thats a good thing because it keeps the employees engaged and committed towards company targets
