      Corrosive culture, racist Koreans and second class citizens

      - Big company, good for the CV - The brand is well known so will be positve on the CV for showing working for an international organisation

      Cons

      - Terrbile, soul destroying culture which does not favour non-Koreans. - Treated like a second class citizen if you are not Korean - Ovbious separation of Westerners and Koreans - Aggressive and rude senior Korean management - HR has no power, if you have an issue with a Korean colleague, the westerner will always be on the harsh side of anything - No international movement for Non Koreans, they only move Koreans globally. - No training or retention policy

      Pay and benefits are good. I'd rather be somewhere I enjoy working with less pay.

      Miserable place to work. Not a true global company. Wish there would be more tariffs so more local involvement.

      Hard work is not recognized HIGH TURNOVER RATE No real leadership which demotivates employees. No opportunities for advancement A majority talk about how the culture is great but I believe that LG lacks in that aspect
