Pros

Best In class health insurance

Cons

No time off to use health insurance. You work at minimum 7am to 5:30pm IF you are lucky. Salaried-exempt workers put in easily 53 hours a week and if you come in on Saturday add another 10 hour 30 minutes. But get paid like you work 40 hours. Slow/No promotions You won't learn anything unless you are in the right department. Most office workers are stuck since they have H1-B Visas. Turnover rate is very high. People leave every week.

Pros

- A chance to partake in a nee initiatives

Cons

- Teams are too divided: some teams would perform better if joined as one team. Having multiple leaders for a single task makes R&R very confusing(they tend to toss their responsibilities to other teams or become extremely defensive) and delays decision making.

Pros

If you want long hours with a lot of over time, then the 10 hour first shift with every other work Saturday is your best option. If you want the regular 8 hours a day and work every other Saturday, then 2nd (night) shift is what you want. The work is very easy. Many different incentives to stay as an employee, such as; bonuses and free LG devises, very good insurance and benefits. My coworkers and leaders were amazing people to work with and was honestly the main reason I stayed for as long as I did. If I didn't have a good team to work with, I wouldn't have cared about the awesome insurance nor incentives. On-site physical therapist (day shift).

Cons

It's factory work. It's repetitive, boring, mundane and unchallenging. It's what you would expect for any kind of factory work on an assembly line. The pay isn't great. $12 for first shift and $12.50 for second shift. LG4me, your database of info about PTO and income and access to your STARR program (rewards and discounts for employees), which I never managed to get working. HR is probably going to be your biggest headache. If you've never stood up in one place for roughly 9 hours of your day, prepare for your feet to hurt, a lot. It will take around a month to finally get used to it. So, pain reliever and a frozen water bottle to roll your feet on will be you best friends for that first month.
