Good Colleagues - Absolutely great co-workers Health Benefits Location Great HR and Immigration Team - who sadly left for better opportunities

Cons

Work/Life Balance Management - Very high attitude and inflexible views Managers - Are they really managers or are they from boot camps? You become a Manager in LG if you nod to your Manager and lack Managerial skills and you have to be Korean

Just the brand image of working with the market leader once would carry once anyone decided to change his/her job

Cons

You will ill treated by the autocratic Koreans. Worst work Life balance. Poor HR policies and no respect for human dignity. No transparency in appraisals. Poor planning at all stages of project.

Health care benefits are free, so is dental plan. Free phones. Small company feel. Free breakfast on Fridays Location of office

Cons

R&D lab head of US is always nervous when upper management from Korea visits our site. It stresses us out that he is stressed. Increased work load with minimal staff size 8am is the time you must be in the office.
