it's good except a lot of pressure

Pros

It was helpful to work with smart people especially in R&D field(I'm not sure about other realm). I was able to try or use new technologies. It was interesting and made me improved.

Cons

It was hard toward consensus among decision makers, so it led to constantly change decision. There were a bunch of other tasks except development. I had to frequently work over in order to do those.

There was a time when there was freedom to manage your market and balance your quality of life, not so much anymore. The pay to work ratio is disappointing.

Cons

Pay for full time work is not enough to live in most major cities. Work is easy but the micro Management is hard to deal with.
