      Pros

      Structure, process oriented, great bunch of folks running the marketing team. Management seems to generally care about employee well being. Employee tenure tends to remain very high, not that much turnover.

      Cons

      Not that much room to grow or move up. Struggling to compete with Samsung's market share. Korean (headquarters) driven ideas that are not always adaptable in the US market.
