      Pros

      As a massive manufacturing company, you will have a great exposure to other vendors (of course, it depends on your department and role). Friendly and supportive colleagues.

      Cons

      Limited opportunity for growth because it's not fully globalised yet (Most of communication with Korean HQ is done by Korean) - somewhat understandable given the fact that all board member back in HQ are purely Koreans. Top managers are occupied by the expats from Korea, which sometimes limit the localisation and growth.

      Neat work place and excellent construction facilities.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, missing team work, poor leadership, incompetent managerial staff, poor work-life balance, almost no opportunity for self-development and very low wages.
