Pros
Medical covered 100%. Reputable consumer brand, great resume builder. Nice company offers, perks, and learning from the HR team.
Cons
Employees are not held accountable for their portion of the business. Sales forecasts and launches fall to the wayside due to one person failing to meet deadlines. Upper management are lax when it comes to making sure that their teams are completing action items as needed. The constant dropped balls affects an entire department's annual bonus, even when it's an area that you have no direct involvement with. Communication is horrible. It can take months to complete one task that could've been done in days. Systems are antiquated and constantly shutting down and/or not working properly. Expenses due to working remotely are not covered. They state that there's a stipend for mobile phone / internet but once submitted into the system it's rejected due to internal budgeting reasons. [Not because they don't have the funds, but due to whoever is responsible for the area not handling this part of their responsibilities.] It's only worked once in the 12+ months that I've been onboard, and that was only after I emailed 3 different people for assistance. That's way too much work for a combined $50 mobile / internet reimbursement (and $50 is way too low to cover both phone and home internet). I could go on, but those are a few key call outs.
