5yHi, thanks for posting your review on Glassdoor. LG being a South Korean company, Korean culture is very present within the subsidiaries. Our French subsidiary employs 27 different nationalities, which also makes our strength. It can indeed also generate cultural differences which we are aware of, that's why specific 'culture trainings' have been put in place.
