      Low pay, too much work load, bad managements (overall up to Canada CEO), high turnovers, no proper trainings.. + 100 more things that I haven't mentioned.

      There is no pros to join LG.

      Cons

      Worst work culture. Worst management to work with. Need to work on weekends as well. No work life balance. Need to work for 14-15 hours per day with on day off. Management doesn't allow to take leave even if employees have leave balance. Worst culture ever to work.
