Pros

Deals on products, great products to sell

Cons

Horrible management with horrible attitudes, low pay, no career movement, no support from the HR department. I often saw employees that needed help being ignored. We were always told to keep quit and not bring up any issues. We were never encouraged to speak up or give our opinions.

Pros

pay is good benefits were great when i worked there clean place a non-weekend shift is better

Cons

the people in upper management got the position because they know someone or are related someone. Most all of them are korean. They almost never promote from within to upper positions. All the lower management are clueless as to what it takes to get the job done. You are statistic and a number they have to justify to the boss.

Pros

This company is very well organized and makes marketing decisions that make it a true competitor in the global environment. They are willing to fully support successful efforts in a growing market in a very strong way. Personally they gave me terrific support in every effort and appreciated the input and energy needed to succeed in each market.

Cons

Sometimes LGE has trouble fully empowering the in market people in favor or remote management and goals. Indeed sometimes goals are meant to be stretch goals without realistic consideration. It is the nature of the management style. Also when the success rate declines the company begins to retrench too soon, without regard as to required investment and support
