      Have built a reputation for having strong quality products and being an innovative company.

      Cons

      Sacrificing product quality to try and remain competitive on price. Pay, in areas, may be good but expect to dedicate your life to the job and receive very little recognition for your hard efforts. This is a company going through an identity crisis. Constantly laying employees off and restructuring.

      If you can survive here you can survive anywhere, fast paced, innovative product

      Not Korean no way to progress, Koreans are opportunistic in the way they do business trying to achieve short term goals lack of long term vision.Innovation is there but no inventions.
