      Pros

      They have a lot of competent, diligent people. You can learn how this big-sized global manufacturer works and how to strategically package your thoughts and logics to deliver them to the managing level. You should cope with a lot of issues from marketing, SW, HW, shipping, sales, and all. Which means you can broaden your perspective and learn a lot.

      Cons

      Work-and-life balance is one of the poorest. They are used to working for a long time. You'll find yourself staying up at 3 am, folding up your sleeves, with sleepy eyes, exhausted.
