Good company to start your career. People can learn a lot of things here. They have a very methodical system. You will learn discipline and respect mostly. Additionally, you will have a lot of pressure and good opportunities to develop skills.
Cons
Sometimes, they take the "discipline and respect" to a whole new level. Most of the time they will ask you to work extra hours for free (in that way they'll see your commitment with the company). In the real world, this is nuts! Salaries are so bad and the chance to get more money at the end of the year is almost zero.
