      - Great products - Strong operational team

      Cons

      - IT does not provide any support to the employees (Except those trouble shoot computers) getting system related assistance or process improvement is impossible with the IT team - Team who is responsible for business and moving plan is extremely incompetent. There are numerous managers with no accounting credential or any accounting knowledge
