      Impressive learning, good opportunities to grow and develop your career. Koreans find it difficult to trust in domestic staff due to their cultural differences, but once they trust you, they make you feel one of them and give you everything you need to grow in their companies.

      Cons

      Some people find it hard to deal with Korean managers as their temper and character could be sometimes aggressive and defensive at the same time.
