Sr Leadership is not held to any worthwhile standards. They lack strength and many lack integrity. They reward based on favoritism rather than skill and performance. The environment is very oppressive and, at times, demeaning. Any progress within the organization is overshadowed by incompetence and bias.

Most of the people hired are actually good people. Subsidized lunch.

Cons

Leadership at the executive level is extremely poor and biased. Promotions and salaries are based on favoritism and not merit. No one wants to work at LG or stay there because they compensate poorly and promote poorly.
