      Used to be good but have no care for it's staff

      Pros

      Good local people and team. Exposure to many different functions and areas of the business.

      Cons

      Cost savings everywhere, 4 year old PC that was due for upgrade according to policy and crashed in front of customers all the time but could not get replaced. Management does not care about employees career. The organisation does not learn, you are dictated your strategic directions despite it not being right for the customer and local business growth. If you are not at your desk you are not working (despite taking calls and emails at all hours of the night). Come into office at 9:01 and you are pulled up (again working late the night before)
