      Big business - lots to learn and great to build your career. Good benefits on welfare.

      Cons

      No work and life balance. You have to work on weekedns if ncessary. You work to satisfy the Top management. We say Global, not still so "Korean". So many reports to make to so many top level. Same reports are made several times in different formats. Too inefficient.
