      Depending on the roles, being non-Korean can be a massive pro, work less and get paid much better, can be a good place to learn and improve work skills

      Cons

      Political, very hierarchical like an army camp, some very bad people, struggling in the mobile market, wrong business strategy (trying to become a premium brand when the perception in the market is not)

      Good products, innovation, acceptable market share

      Role changes whithout notice, if you are not a "yes man" you have no future, your experience, opinion or even market data is ignored when upper management takes decisions based on whims or actions from competitors. Korean culture of making changes last minute when everything is ready and done, adding unnecessary stress and extra work with no added value. Korean upper management shout and degrade people while never giving credit to good performance.
