Pros

After spending nearly 6 years working for LG, enough was enough. The only pros Competitive salary, Bonus structure, Staff sales. Basically buying staff, which is no way to run a company.

Cons

Management instability and complete neglect for staff. No leadership, no development or direction. They have no idea on how to treat employees and VERY low retention rate. Out of approximately175 staff based in Weybridge, I believe in 2017, (I was informed 50+ allegedly) people left!! Speaks volumes and best avoided.
