Great people who do a fantastic job. Company is doing really well at the moment.

Not very forward thinking in terms of retention and salary reviews and inclusion of women in senior roles needs urgent review.

Nice colleagues, most people just want to get the job done

Cons

I did want to stay at kingfisher, but the rule about letting your line manager know when applying for an internal role was a major hindrance. My line manager would have taken it personally and my job would have been compromised. So I chose to leave the business. Also pay is pretty bad and the bonus system unfair.
